[Programming Help] - Drawing Lines on a Chart from an Excel SpreadSheet

Those that are familiar with the Programming side of SC. IS there a way to have an excel spreadsheet that you can input a start time, end time, text and price value and then sync it too a chart in SC to draw a line based on that info? SO an example would be I want a line from 9:30am to 12:00pm at 4430.25 on the ES. I want the text on it too say 200 I want to input all that info into an excel spreadsheet and be able to update that spreadsheet during the day and my chart too be updated soon after making the changes in the SS... Ideally it would be pointed to like google drive or cloud of some sort so others could reference it but if not thats ok too.. Thanks in advance for any insight as too if this is possible. Doug
