Unable to see more than 2 Max Depth Levels in the DOM

I have Max levels set at 10.

You are not seeing the depth of market because you do not have an exchange activated with the depth of market data. Right now you have the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts, which does not include the market depth. In order to get the market depth data for the entire CME Group, you would need to activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange. You can make changes to your exchange selections at this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just be aware that the exchanges are paid on a monthly basis and when you activate an exchange, you pay the full amount regardless of when in the month you activate it and it is only valid in that current month. Therefore, if you were to activate the Full CME Group with Market Depth for $31.20 USD today, you would pay the full $31.20 today for the remainder of September and then pay $31.20 again on October 1 for the month of October. So you may want to consider waiting until October 1 to make the change (just be sure you deactivate your current exchange before the end of September - you are just setting it to not renew, you will still get the data you paid for through the end of the month).
