It must have been since February since you have been into the software. Back in February, there was an issue with TT and the CME Group for a few days. In light of this, AMP decided to stop support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. At that time, they were supposed to move all their customers that were using that service to use CQG for their order routing instead. As such, you should have received information regarding a CQG account an login information from AMP. If you do not have these, then you need to talk with AMP about getting setup with CQG. If you do have the information, or when you do get it from AMP, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you are wanting to continue to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you would need to change brokers. A partial list of brokers/FCMs can be found in Step #2 at this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions Also, be aware that we are working on a new Direct to CME order routing service that we hope will be available in October. For more information on this service, refer to the following Support Board thread: Now Released: Upcoming CME Direct Routing For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

We are not understanding your question. You are currently setup to use the Sierra Chart data - you have the CME with Market Depth exchange active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is because you have not connected to your live trading account in order to verify that you have the account for the CME Group non-professional exchanges. This is why you need to make the connection using either CQG or Rithmic, depending on how AMP set up your account. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

For some reason your system is not updating to our servers, so we think there may be something odd occurring with your setup. We need for you to exit from Sierra Chart and then log back into the software using the Forced Login option. Refer to the following information for how to do this: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login After you do the above, try to place a trade and let us know if things are working properly or not. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
