Filling orders

Hello,
I'm happy with SC so far, the options and the endless possibilities.
When it comes to filling orders, SC is lagging, this is the second time I'm noticing that my orders gets filled, then goes against me to touch my stop or take me out before going in my direction(by jumping multiple ticks and price levels).
The price wasn't at that level at that time neither.
I don't know if this is a glitch or a bug but this needs to be addressed.

We are not understanding this. It is hard for us to understand this clearly from our perspective. Are you referring to simulated or non-simulated trading?

I'm reaching out because after taking the trade and exiting the trade at market order, the order got filled at a price that haven't been reached at that time.
