Data Issue on Second System

Hi
I am still not able to connect with the second system. I have followed every step and it will not allow the second system to log in. Additionally i see that i am being charged for this. I have changed the allowed systems back to 1 until this can be fully resolved.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
