Denali Data Feed Continuous Contracts not showing all data for amount of days to load

I am running sierra charts with crossover on a mac and I have switched from using IQ Feed to using Denali Data Feed and i am have problems with my continuous contracts not showing all data for the amount of days to load (240 days). on some occasions i can translate symbol to current service and it will load all data, but if i make an adjustment to amount of volume as i am using volume based charts it will revert back to only showing 5 days of data.

This problem is only occurring on my intraday volume based charts, my historical daily chart loads with no problem

I have tired to:

Update symbol settings

Translating to current symbol settings

Delete and download data

Manually deleting all data files


I didn't have this problem when using IQfeed but have been having this problem ever since i made the switch to denali data feed.

There definitely should not be any problem at all. Maybe there is some kind of out of memory condition occurring. When you have the problem post an image of the chart.
