Hello, I want to start trading again, but I don't want to use Esignal anymore for the data software. Also, if my Sierra Chart account was suspended for more than 3 years almost, but I still have the funded trading account, I am still able to use Sierra Chart as my trading platform, as well as my charting software? What package should I choose? I am trading especially SP 500 E-mini futures (ES), and I was also looking for oil. I am assuming that I should choose the Service package 11, because I need real data for ES futures, and Advanced means that I get the market depth as well. Am I correct?

If this is the account that you had setup previously, then you can continue to use it. We do not remove accounts unless specifically asked to do so. Beyond the account, whether you can use Sierra Chart depends on the broker you are using and whether they have support for the trading services that we support. Refer to the following:
Supported Data and Trading Services: Supported Services

When it comes to the packages, since you are wanting to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will want to use Packages 10, 11, or 12. Which one depends on what you need for your trading style. Refer to the differences in the packages here:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

With regards to Market Depth, you do not need the Advanced Package to get the Market Depth data and display it in the DOM. But if you want to use the Market Depth Historical Graph, then you will need the Advanced Package. The choice of getting Market Depth is part of the selection of the exchanges when setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

The next step is then setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed. One of the primary things to keep in mind is that the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the lower-priced non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following information:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Once you understand the above, and if you have the account that you can connect to, then you would follow these instructions to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
