I've followed the instructions here Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees Was able to connect to IB (there was an option in SC to "automatically change symbols" or something which I did and seemed to get IB data) but after changing back to SC my data is still delayed. |

It does not appear that you have gone through all of the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to be able to get the real-time data. Connecting to IB is just one part of what needs to be done. Be sure you go through all the Setup Instructions. You will find the Setup Instructions for the CME Group data here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you are wanting data for the EUREX or CFE exchanges, then those instructions are on the same page as above, just scroll to the top of the page and select the appropriate link for the data you want to activate.
