Is there a setting to change the floating window default blue color?

Hello, After going through the global color settings, attempting to create a "dark mode" for the various charts, I did not find a setting to change the actual window blue color where each floating panel has the blue outline and title bar. Would you mind letting me know if this is possible to change in the application settings? The title bar color is controlled by the operating system.
