Can´t get data older than when I connect

Background:
- with oneupTrader evaluator
- subscribed with Denali & opened an account with AMP to be a non-professional
- settings in tool should be all good (days to download)
- performed the Edit -> Erase and Download function

however I still canĀ“t get correct data (I have like one candle in 2020 and then correct candles since when I connect to the platform)

What could be the issue?

You are not receiving data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed because you are not connecting to a what is considered a live funded account.

The reason you are not getting real-time or historical data in this case from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
