Cancel my Sierra Chart account

I like the functionality of Tradingview and no longer need Sierra Chart. I have my data disabled but I want to cancel my account and get reimbursed for what I have not used. What do I need to do in order to cancel my account fully and get a reimbursment? Thank you.
