Hi, I just updgraded from Service Pack 5 to 11. Just after changing the pack my CME daily chart displays the wrong day: for instance, ESU1 displays today's MONDAY 6TH SEPT data as tomorrow's TUESDAY 7th SEPT data (while today's intraday data is displayed correctly as Monday 6th Sept). My setup is the following: 1. My trading service is Rithmic 2. I don't see the M next to the symbol 3. Because I don't want to pay twice the exchange data feed (that I already paid to my broker for this month), I have set "allow support for SC data feed" to No 4. I have restarted Sierra Chart twice after changing the pack and the setup Please help, thanks |

What you are seeing is correct. This is because today is the Labor Day holiday in the US and that is how the exchange reports the information. It has nothing to do with changing your Service Package.

Ok, I understand. What was strange to me is that before changing to Denali ut was being reported under Monday and just after as Tuesday. I'm glad there is nothing wrong, thank you for the clarification. |
