Hi: I keep getting a message when I open Sierra Charts saying that Transact is set to live? I have looked at the possible choices and I think "live" is the proper setting. What do you think?
Also, I keep getting a message about the Denali data like I need to use it but I just want to trade using data that I use from Transact. So do I need to do anything?

Finally, I have been trading using the Transact dom but now want to trade making entries from Sierra Chart. I saw someone say that one could set up a backup buy/sell exit setting far from my entry/stop loss/profit points for emergencies. I liked it but I could not get it to work? From the "trade"/"open trade window for chart" box, I think this can be done for like 4 points, then have the entries cancel if I exit a trade. Can you help me with that? Thanks in advance.

Yes, that setting would make sense for sure. This is what you want to use if you want to trade live from Sierra Chart and even if you want to do simulated trading, you just need to enable this option (Even with the Live connection to Transact):
Trade Menu: Trade Simulation Mode On (Trade menu)

No nothing to do.

Never heard of any backup buy/sell exit. You just use normal Attached Orders for a target and stop which closes out the original entry. Refer to:

Attached Orders: Using Attached Orders and Attached Order Settings

You want to use Good Till Canceled for the Attached Orders and if that is not supported with Transact, then use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service:
