Hi
My query is how do I get my account verified to be non pro.
I have set up a funded account with AMP, completed agreements. Have got denali package which looks as though its all in place.

It's still not showing verified

Are you setup with AMP through our "Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement"? If so, then you need to do the Account Verification as specified in Step #2 of the instructions here:

If, however, you are setup with AMP as a regular trading account, then they should have set you up to use either CQG or Rithmic for the order routing (most likely CQG). In this case, you would need to follow the appropriate instructions to connect to either your CQG or Rithmic account.

Hello
I am not sure what I have, or have not done.

I have set up an AMP funded account
I have requested cqg transaction costs only..I have requested Denali via SC
I have done the documentation forms.
Now it still shows not verified. Is this right?

Did AMP give you a set of CQG credentials? If so, then you will need to connect to that CQG account in order to validate the account for the CME Group. Refer to the following for the CQG Setup Instructions:

If you are not wanting to stay connected to CQG at all times, then you will need to just connect at least once a month to continue to verify the account existence each month. Refer to the following information:

Then try this first, go to the following link and enter your AMP Account Number where prompted and then select the Verify button. If it does not work, then check with AMP if you are setup to verify through this method, or if you are supposed to go through the CQG setup instead.

I have attempted this and it says not verified

You need to get with AMP and find out what method you are supposed to be using to verify your account. Whether you are supposed to use the AMP Verification that we developed with them, or if you are supposed to connect to CQG.
