We see you are using CQG, we cannot help with CQG connection issues. Contact your broker.

For now set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to "SC Data-All Services".

When prompted, translate the symbols in your Chartbooks:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
