I have an account with Transact. I downloaded their platform with Sierra Charts and keep getting this error message when I try and enable Sierra Charts. Please advise. Are you unable to start Sierra Chart at all? If so, are you trying to start it from the TransAct software or by itself?

And what exactly happens? Do you get anything at all in the way of Sierra Chart starting or just nothing? If you get nothing, then we need for you to try running the software directly. You should have a shortcut on your desktop. If not, then the installation folder should be at C\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA, in which case you would run the executable in that location called SierraChart_64.exe. Let us know if you have an issue running the Sierra Chart software directly.
