Hello, I need to reactive my SierraCharts services, but I am not certain what package I need in order to run the orderflow software that I purchased (made for SierraCharts). Please advise, Regards, Joel |

It depends on what the requirements are for the software that you purchased. If they do not require the Numbers Bars study from us, then it is possible that you could get away with using Package 10 (Standard + Denali Fee). But we can't answer this, as we do not have enough information. You will need to talk to whomever developed the study.

Hello John, Thank you for the reply, I signed up the Package 11, which is the one required by the software provider. I am currently facing another issue, which is delayed data, perhaps you can provide help for the matter as well. |

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Thanks again for the reply. Are there any ways to get live data without connecting Sierra Charts to a live funded account? I'm currently only utilizing Sierra Charts as a charting software, as I'm placing trades on a different platform. thank you |

This is a CME Group requirement. So to get the CME Group non-professional data, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that can be verified at least once a month. You can always pay the much higher, Professional fees for the CME Group data. I do have a funded trading account with AMP that I could connect to my SierraCharts account, will that allow me to use the package I purchased?

As long as the account with AMP is setup to use order routing with CQG or Rithmic then absolutely you can use that to qualify for the non-professional rates from the CME Group. Depending on which one you are setup with, you will follow the appropriate Setup Instructions.
