Volume profile tool not working

I have a volume profile tool button and use it frequently to get the VBP for certain areas of my charts. This afternoon, it just stopped working. I select an area as usual and the trade box in the upper left corner flashes once but the profile is not on the chart. I go to the studies window and it is showing there. I downloaded the latest version and still it will not work. I've also closed all chartbooks and closed and reopened the program to no avail. I know I am doing it right because I use this tool often so am very familiar with it.

Next time try re-downloading: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
