Error with limit and stop orders. Only in real account, not in demo

Hello there I use limit orders to buy and sell. But when I drag the order to the price and I don't put it right at the current value I get an error box and it eliminates the order. This does not happen in demo, only in the real account. In demo, when I drag the order and go past the current price value, SC takes the order at the current price, but in the real account I get the error. Why is this happening? Thanks |

What exactly is the error you are getting? Look in Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if there is a specific error message coming from the exchange.

It is not an exchange error. Because I can use the buttons for market orders. The problem is with stop or limit orders, when I drag them to the price and by mistake I drag them beyond the current price, a box opens saying that it is not possible to enter because I moved the order beyond the current price. Is there any way that Sierrachart allows that if I move the order beyond the price, that error box does not appear, but takes the order at the current price? In the demo account Sierrachart allows this and no error appears

You are definitely getting an error from the external Trading service. And you will see that error in the Trade >>Trade Service Log. Contact your broker for further help.
