Dear

I do not see more than 8 days of history on charts
I have bought package 5 of sierra for 6 months so I need to activate a denali data for this period to see more days in a past on charts?If yes , for ES , NQ, DJ , WTI ,GOLD witch one and how I will add denali data to existing package .
Or upgrade to package 11 will be easier but what about my existing payment of 172.80 usd. Whether I pay only for differences between package 5 and 11

First thing we need to do is complete the agreements here:

but what about my existing payment of 172.80 usd.
This has been applied for usage time on your account and when you changed to service package 11, the usage time ending date was adjusted.
