E-mail adress keep re-setting to old E-mail adress

Hi Support, I go to my SC account and change my e-mail address. But as soon as I open the the SC application, after the E-mail change in my account, the E-mail address changes back to the old one. How can the change to the new E-mail be made permanent? Best regards MVL |
