Orders Not Being Routed

A few months ago I switched from the CQG/Rithmic data feed provided by AMP Clearing to the Denali data feed included with Service Package 11. I am also purchasing real-time data from SC, so the only thing being used with AMP is order routing & execution. However, when I attempt to execute a trade, Sierra Chart automatically switches to sim mode to execute the order. Also the balance shown in Trade Account Monitor is not correct. Do I need to do something to re-connect my AMP account for routing?

You are not connected to your CQG account. What you are seeing is your simulation information. Follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account:

Thank you. I was under the assumption doing this would switch me back to using the glitchy CQG data feed, but that wasn't the case.
