Hello, I'm not currently subscribed to any packages. Please could you clarify the following; If I subscribe to package #3 @ $27.00 per month, I could, or could not, run three copies of the application at the same time, with the following usage: Copy #1 = Connect Broker --Realtime data feed. Copy #2 = Connect SC server, SP (S&P 500 index) --Realtime data feed. Copy #3 = Connect SC server, USDX (US Dollar Index ICE standard) --Realtime data feed. Thanks. For any of these instances of Sierra Chart, were you planning to use the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php If no, then what you want to do is supported with package 3. I presumed that "SP" was the S&P 500 index. However; I see that SP is an affix. Example TICK-SP. So to get realtime data for my requirement I should pay: package #3 @ $27.00 Sierra Chart Real-Time Data @ $35.00 S&P500 Index (CBOE)@ $3.25 Total: $ 65.25. I find this a rather expensive considering I simply need the S&P500 index and USD-X charted plus a means to track a Futures DOM. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-03-21 21:48:15

If you want the real S&P 500 cash index, then that would be the actual cost. Yes it is expensive, and if you have a problem with that, then understand it is the exchanges which makes the cost very high. You cannot imagine what they charge for their data. You can get S&P 500 CFD market which is close to the S&P 500 index with this service: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SCRealTimeFOREX.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. how about the historical data included in package 5 - does it contain the S&P 500 cash index? I would not want real-time data at the moment. |
