5m chart keeps reverting to 1mt

My chartbook consisted of a 1mt and a 5mt chars of the emini september. the 5mt chrt now keeps reverting to 1mt after I reset it manully tp 5 mt.How cab I get it to stay at 5mt ?

It depends on what the particular problem is. Did you figure out why you were unable to change the time frame? If so, what was the issue?
