This is the very best EUREX data feed which is not offered anywhere else. It is a requirement to at the very least be on Sierra Chart Service Package 10, 11 or 12 which includes the Denali Data Feed, however there is not a requirement to pay for the EUREX exchange fee if you will be obtaining EUREX data from another source. You can still obtain EUREX data from external sources, although it is not recommended. If you do not pay for the EUREX exchange fee through Sierra Chart, then all EUREX real-time data will come from the other source, not from Sierra Chart. To use this new EUREX data feed, refer to the Denali Exchange Data Feed EUREX setup instructions. In this case if you are paying for EUREX data through your broker you will want to *cancel* that data from them, before July 1, 2021. - IMPORTANT NOTICE: Billing Change. Actually, you have 3 accounts associated with the same email. The one which you have used to login to this Support Board with is the only one with active time on it. If you just use this account you will be fine.

Thank you for your help. Infinity says there are two logins one for software and one for trading live market data. Can I get them for the account that I paid for charts in?the live account. So I can give that info to infinity Thank you for your help |

We are not sure exactly what you are looking for. We think what Infinity is referring to is that you have your login information for Sierra Chart, which is what you use to get into the software and be able to run it. Within Sierra Chart, you enter your Infinity information in the Data/Trade Service Settings, which is how the Sierra Chart software knows the information to connect to your trading account and allow you to make trades directly from the software and/or get data from your trading service, if that is where you are getting your data. Infinity will have your Infinity login information. You are the only one that will need to know your Sierra Chart login information. Infinity does not need that.
