This morning when I opened my charts I could not load the intraday YM Sept symbol. I closed Sierrachart and restarted it and now I can't load also intraday NQ Sept. I can load the micros MYM and MNQ and the ES just fine. Not sure what changed. I tried to update to the latest version but the problem persists. I also tried the edit-> delete all data and download but no luck. I have the Denali subscription and IB. Is this temporary or there is something else I need to do? Thank you Mauro |

There is nothing occurring with the data feed that would be causing any issues. If this is an Intraday Chart, then go through the possible items here: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart Otherwise, if it is an historical chart, then go through the possible items here: No Historical Chart or Blank Chart | Historical Chart Not Updating | Missing Historical Chart Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for your prompt response. I have been going through different tests and trials. Here are my findings. First of all, I didn't change anything from yesterday, when everything was working fine. The issues started this morning. As far as I can tell the issues is present ONLY with the symbol YM-202109-ECBOT and NQ-202109-GLOBEX. I didn't change the symbol settings from yesterday. If I try to load a different expiration date, like NQ-202112-GLOBEX the chart does load correctly, otherwise it gives me an error like if the symbol does not exists. If I put as Data SC DATA the symbol loads correctly, but it does have a different nomenclature. So it seems the nomenclature of the symbol is the problem even thou it looks correct. I tried on a different computer and everything seems to work correctly. I guess something got corrupted in my main machine. I will delete Sierrachart and have a clean installation. Hopefully that will be the end of it. Thank you again for taking a look Mauro |

Problem solved - I deleted the .scid files for the NQ and the YM sept. contracts. After doing that Sierrachart was able to re-download the data. No more errors. 🍾
