You are setup to get the EUREX data from CQG, but in order to get that data into Sierra Chart, you need to be on Service Package 10 or higher. We have gone ahead and set your account to evaluate Package 12 for 30 days. This way, you can get the data into your system for the next 30 days without any issue. Just be aware that after that time, you will need to switch to Package 11 (the Advanced Package) in order to continue to get the EUREX data from CQG.
