Eurex data not coming through - please provide alternative

So I saw the posts about Eurex but you said you would allow CQG data. With no warning you stopped doing that. I use my feed not only in Sierra so I don't want Denali as well and pay twice. Zero customer care here. Please can I have the month of Eurex data you have offered to others caught in the same way? |

We have set your account to be the Package 12 Evaluation for 30 days. This will give you access to the CQG Eurex data for those 30 days. After that, you will need to be on Package 11 to continue to get the data. Your own communication: July 1, 2021: EUREX Realtime Data from Denali Exchange Data Feed Policy On 25th June you were still saying you were still supporting non-proprietary feeds. Little tacked on message on 1st July reversed that. That is not "months of notices at all". I didn't see anything about it. This move to closed, uncompetitive practices is entirely against industry trend. |
