Hi, since today early morning I have issues to receive my CQG EUREX live data. The CME data still works fine but EUREX does not work. I get an update when I click on disconnect and then connect then I get shown the current status quo of the market but afterwards nothing is upadted anymore. The current quote window shows absolutely nothing every value is 0 - interestingly enough the the connection status is still counting "DF:" number is increasing constantly. But the Price, Volume and Delta remains unchanged in the chart. Further, I cant see any levels on the trading DOM. An Orange window pops up in the Chart telling me that the symbol is not supported but selecting the Dax again via find Symbol and also translate symbols to current service does not solve the issue. The symbol I refer to is F.US.DDU21 I double checked with AMP they told me everything is running properly from their end. Please advise how to solve the issue. Thanks a lot ! |
