cannot connect to real time eurex data feed through CQG

I connected to eurex data through CQG with no issues on Friday and this morning I cannot connect to live data on eurex. I have contacted my broker and they say all is well from their end, eurex data is enabled via CQG. I have updated all instances of SC to 2296 and restarted the platform multiple times with the same outcome - I get an error saying real time data is not available. I have not changed anything, other than updating to 2296. EDIT: CME data has no issue and live data is fine Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-08-16 15:37:15

In order to get the EUREX data from a source other than Sierra Chart, you need to be on package 10 or higher. In your case, in order to keep the Advanced Features of Package 5 that you currently have, you would need to be on Package 11. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
