deleted and re downloaded sierra charts to my new laptop login works fine but data/trade services i enter sc/tt futures order routing i get connection error Trade account not assigned just want to be able to live trade again can you please fix this for me or i need to pay for remote assistance have tried for days now have read everything asked broker for help please help THANK YOU Tom

Who is your broker? We do not see a trading account assigned to your Sierra Chart account for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.
