new laptop downloaded everything good except when i go to data/trade services and put in sc/tt futures order routing it says connection error Trade account not assigned i have read and followed advice but cannot fix so that i can live trade and receive real time data again please help thank you Tom

You are not setup for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, therefore you should not have your Current Selected Service set to SC/TT Futures Order routing. Your Account Name is associated with TransAct, so if you are still using them for your trading service, then you need to set up your Sierra Chart for TransAct. Refer to the following instructions:
