Chartbook dissapeared overnight

Hi, when opening my previously saved chartbook this morning it is there but weights 0K, has dissapeared. I work on a Mac with Paralells Tolls and the computer has been updating overnight, it seems stupid but might that be the reason? However, my main interest is to recover the chartbook, is there a way to do such thing? Thanks and kind regards.
