Charts not displaying with Rithmic and Denali

I currently have pkg 12 with Denali, and Rithmic CME bundle with AMP. However, now that i connected Rihtmic to my sierra, my chartbooks dont display properly. I only have the last 5 mins of order as if the market just opened. Ive translated the symbols, deleted and re-downloaded the data but nothing works. I had no issues with the chartbooks when i was using Denali for paper trading. Is it an issue of keeping the Denali on the market data and Rithmic for order routing ? Thanks |

You do not have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup. Therefore, you are trying to get the data from Rithmic.
