which file saves the configurations for the chart windows sizes and location, If I open Sierra chart remotely from team viewer for example all of the chart windows that r located on the other monitors (not center main one) get scrambled and move to the main one and I loose their size and location on the other monitors.
Is there a way to solve it on Sierra, and which file saves this settings so I can restore it?
thanks

The chart windows and sizes and locations are saved with the Chartbook.

We do not know why you would have an issue when using Team Viewer. We use Team Viewer with our customers all the time and we have never had the issue that you are stating. Make sure your Team Viewer has support for multiple monitors, perhaps you need to update to a newer version.

There really is not a way to solve this issue within Sierra Chart. As noted above, you could "not save" the Chartbook after the windows have been reorganized and then open the chartbook again, which should put everything back where it was. Or you could use a backup of a chartbook, but you may be trading off other information that you needed before the last backup or save.

We really recommend fixing the Team Viewer issue as the resolution to this.

As we stated, we run Team Viewer where we are connected to our customers systems where they have multiple monitors and Team Viewer gives a notification that there are multiple monitors and lets you switch between them. We have never had a report of the windows getting scrambled when we connect to our customer's systems.
