How to Use Rithmic Data on Free Trial

Hello, I just had you guys activate my free trial. I am currently trying to connect to rithmic data feed but it is saying that it is not enabled on my trading package. From my understanding on the free trial, I should have full functionality, is that correct? Please help with resolving this issue. Thanks in advance Blaize |

You had logged into a different account on that system which then restricted the accounts. Make sure you only login using the account with which you opened this Support Ticket. We have reset the trial for this account so you should be good now.

Is it possible to subscribe to rithmic data monthly on sierra demo account permanently without a broker attached?

When you say a "permanent demo account", are you referring to the Sierra Chart Trial, or just an account that is not used for live trading? We do not have the former (permanent trial account), but you can definitely connect to Rithmic and get data regardless of whether you are connected to a live trading account or not.
