I draw a lot of Lines on Charts during the course of a day. Additionally I set Alerts for those Lines. However it seems like have to select the same options inside the Alert Box each time..like "Crosses" "Last" "Alert Sound"..etc..etc

It would be great if I could right click on a line I just drew, choose Alert and then the box opens with my default choices for the 7 or so options within the box instead of them resetting to a different default all the time..

Is this possible?

TIA

Yes you can configure the default Alert Settings with the default tool configuration for a particular drawing tool and configuration number:

I do have an additional question..How do I set it so after utilizing any Tool, like Line, it resets to my default Tool, Hand?

Presently I draw a Line and then move on and my next interaction with any chart results in another Line being drawn..causes me to have to take time to delete unnecessary lines.

Presently I click on Hand icon in toolbar, which I never remember to do, but even that is an added step..

TIA
