Please reply urgently, I have a live trade with an attached order target containing multiple contracts. How do I split the contracts in the target into multiple targets/prices? I tried changing the quantity and it just reduces the quantity but doesn't show the separate contracts to split into multiple price targets. Edit: Wish I had gotten a quicker response; this is no longer urgent, but I still need to know how. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-03-20 15:45:40

Please do not rely upon us for urgent trading help. This is something we cannot provide and no one should ever be relying on us for this. We also see an Account Support Ticket from you. For this type of help, it needs to be posted on the Support Board. What you want to do is not supported unless you cancel the Target and Stop Attached Orders , reconfigure the Attached Orders as you require and submit them by using the Send Attached Orders feature: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_OrderTypes.html#SendAttachedOrders Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Understand, my fault for not understanding how this worked prior to a live trade, but in case there is an urgent platform question, is there a faster way to get an answer? I opened a support ticket in hopes of a faster reply, after posting here and not getting a quick response as it was urgent. If possible to add support for this way of modifying orders to split them in case it's necessary, it would be beneficial, so one does not have to cancel orders and have a naked position until new orders are re-sent. |
