I can't connect in real with AMP futures

I can't connect in real with my broker Amp futures, it just tells me "delayed". and I don't know how to do it.
Could you please explain to me?

When you signed up with AMP they would have set you up with a specific order routing service (Rithmic, CQG, or TT). We need to know which one of these you were signed up for, and then we can give you the proper instructions for how to connect your Sierra Chart to that service.

I chose Sierra chart - Denali - CQG (no data - order routing only), but I don't know what the problem is but I can't connect in real time

First, you need to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your CQG account. To do this, follow these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Then, you need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you selected to use this for your data. To do this, follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

After these are done, then you just need to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to what is used by CQG.

You will be all set at this point to use Sierra Chart for either Simulated or Real trading. Refer to the following for how to switch between Simulated and Real trading:

You almost have it all setup. All you need to do is to finish the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. What exchanges are you wanting data for?

We see that you tried to activate EUREX. We assumed you were wanting the CME Group, so those were the instructions we gave you. If you want data for EUREX, then those instructions are here:

But, if you would rather close your account, then we can do that for you. Just let us know what you want to do.

I only want for CME, but better close the account please because I see it too complicated.
I think they could make it much simpler.

I prefer to close the account.
