Hi there, 1) My PNL is always incorrectly displaying all values as negative. I could profit 2pts and it would be -2. Even on losses it would still tally into a negative, so all profits and losses are tallied as negative. How can I go about fixing this? (eg: profit 2, loss 5, total -7) Thanks in advance! |

Now it's totally wonky and adding random values as well. Made a 2pt trade and a 0pt scratch and I'm at +10.5p for the day.

Hi, None of the things from the link helps. For some reason, it is reading all the values differently. I can make a 2pt trade and it will say that I've got some random number like 25pts. Whether positive or negative is a crapshoot. Another trade will just add on more random values and the entire duration of trading, it will be totally wrong and unusable. |

There is something wrong with your order fills from which the Daily P/L is derived. The only information we can provide is in the link we gave previously as this gives you the information you need to determine what is wrong/missing from your orders in order to correct it.

None of the things from the link helps. This cannot be true at all. That documentation on the subject is very very thorough and precise assuming you are referring to the Daily Profit/Loss value within a chart.
