From what we see we assume that it is a Trading Evaluator account. As such, follow these instructions:

This is not an Trading Evaluator account, but it was created using Rithmic user and password and I cannot delete.

Tell me how I can do it ?

The first thing is whether that account still exists with Rithmic. If it does, then you will first need to have them close that account so that it does not show up in Sierra Chart.

If it is already closed, then the issue is simply that there are order fills still associated with it on your Sierra Chart system. Refer to the following for how to remove order fills:
