cannot access my sierra charts-data connection

Got the CQG username and password from my broker at ninjatrader. I tried to input it in the data/trade service setting and when I try to login I get the error attached in the file. Need help getting this done.

We have to assume that you are wanting your data from CQG then. As such, the error message you are getting tells us that you are not configured through your broker to get the CQG data. You will get more information at the following link:
