Platform Freeze Issue

Dear Support,

This just happens recently. I notice the platform freezes for a brief moment like 3-4s every 10 minutes or so. It happens both in live and replay modes. I try to reduce a numbers of visible charts but the issue persists. I can't seem to find out what causes the freeze. I'm on Windows 10 Pro using AMD Ryzen 7 3700x 16GB DDR4 3200MHz GTX 1660 Super. Please see message log and assist.
