1. This is in reference to the data, not the Packages. For these particular symbols, you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data. The particular choice of exchange(s) depends on whether you need Market Depth Data or not, and whether you are considered a Professional or Non-Professional by the CME Group. Refer to the information on the following page:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

2. Refer to the information here:

1. Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Nomenclature: Market Depth

2. Prior to starting the setup of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to first understand the requirements from the CME Group for you to qualify as a non-professional. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Once you understand the above and have what you need, then to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data, follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

It is your choice as to whether to get the data from your broker (TransAct) or from us. We certainly recommend using our data as we can ensure that you will not have issues with it and the amount of historical data is well beyond what is available from other vendors. If you choose to use our data, then you could stop the data with TransAct and not pay them for the data.

In either case, you will need to follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to TransAct:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#SetupInstructions

If you decide to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
