Hi,

Can you provide contacts for Australian brokers to trade SFE and SGX. I understand Macquarie is an option?

Thanks
Chris

We apologize for the delay with this.

We have contacted Macquarie in Sydney about this but part of the answer to the question involves Trading Technologies and we have not heard back from Macquarie probably because they have not heard from TT on this.

We can just tell, this is just going to be very time-consuming and at this point, if you want to trade SFE and SGX., we recommend using Interactive Brokers:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/IB.php

If you want, we can privately give you the contact information to Macquarie. Just let us know.

AMP provides SFE connectivity and clearing that is very competitive, fast(regardless of your location) and reliable through CGQ.
When you talk to them about it they say you need to talk to SC??
the 'it' is the fact that they have this connection with SFE is already working with NinjaTrader/cqg.
So my understanding is that the SC needs to adjust its support for the above listed instruments eg SFE's SPI 200 as AMP data/clearing does work with SC to connect to other exchanges using CQG data but please confirm.
thanks

We can add support for this when using CQG, this coming week.

So you just need the SPI 200 ?

We apologize for the delay. We are going to get the following symbols added for CQG:
sgx as well as spi200

This will be done by the end of the day today.

For the time being there will not be any historical data available for these. Only real-time data. However if you stay connected to the CQG service, the historical data stored by Sierra Chart will accumulate.

We realize that the SGX is an exchange. So what symbols do you need on that exchange.

SPI 200 has been added to the CQG symbol settings. You will see it listed as "F.US.AP?##" in File >> Find Symbol.

Refer to this PDF for the CQG symbols:
http://www.cqg.com/docs/symbols.pdf
