Hi, I created some keyboard commands to flatten my trades, they are not working and my "trading keyboard shortcuts" are enabled, any idea how I may fix this?

We need more information: - Exactly what command is associated with the Keyboard Shortcut? - Is there any information in your Trade Service Log or Message Log after you select the Keyboard Shortcut? "Flatten and cancel" is the command and the shortcut should be ctrl+alt+ number pad 0, and no mothing appears in my message log.

The only thing we can think is to make sure that the "Num Lock" is on. If it is not, then that keyboard shortcut will not work.
