I was able to use messages to the following domain a few days ago, but it no longer works. The address is to @tmomail.net. Do you know if there is any way to verify if something is being blocked on the receiving end or if the message is bouncing. In Sierra Charts I do not see any notification of the email not being sent successfully.

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

That is not blocked. But that domain does look like a familiar domain where they are doing blocking.

You can see the blocking from our side here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/BlockedDomains.php

But that domain is not in this list.

I'm having a problem receiving emails as well. I want them to go to my cell phone, and the domain my provider (Xfinity Mobile) uses, is mypixmessages.com and messages from Sierra don't come through. Manual emails I send to my phone number at that domain however, come through fine. I can also receive email alerts from Sierra fine if I send them to my account email address instead. Any idea if this domain is blocking Sierra emails?

It does look like they are blocking the alerts.

You should be able to access your main emails from your phone directly.

I'm not sure what exactly "access your main emails" means? If you just mean receive the alerts via email, that's exactly what I don't want since I don't always have my phone on me, I don't receive/want any audible email alerts on my phone, ever, and I want the alerts on my watch which happens when I receive an SMS - and with a custom alert sound/haptic pattern so I know exactly what it is.

These alerts are only useful to me if I can receive them via SMS unfortunately. Is there any way to get Sierra unblocked? Can I contact my provider and give them some information they can use, to remove the block?

You can request that they allow emails from @sierrachart.com to your the sms gateway. But we cannot really help with this.

You can also try the SMS alerts feature, which we is a paid feature:

Try sending them to a gmail.com e-mail address. Then setup a filter to automatically forward it to your cell phone.

Yeah I considered setting up a forwarder, I could do that from my normal email client and any email address. I just really would prefer to not have the extra hop/delay, when the whole point is to get "instant alerts". If all else fails though, that's what I'll do. I used to do this with my prior cell carrier years ago and never had a problem, I just haven't used the feature in a long time and didn't know this would come up.

So here's something odd. I have not been using email alerts since my last post in this thread. Just now, I got a text message on my phone (and NOT in my actual desktop email client) saying:

This is the mail system at host bbtpnj33wzwvetm-c-nk-x-00-mms-01.vtext.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
