Strange Charts / Strange Date Range?

Every now and then I seem to get a problem attempting to display the charts.

Here's an example http://screencast.com/t/KLA2NKPm


I seem to get just one candle on the far left. When I look at the Chart Settings inotice that the Date Range in File says "unknown to unknown"

Seem to get the issue with a number of symbols. Not noticed the problem with forex charts, but certainly others eg I think including us30, uk100, ger30.

is there a workaround?

Go to those charts and select Edit >> Delete Data and Download. If you still do not get a complete chart, please post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:

Thanks. i tried that and i still did not get a complete chart, so here's the copy of the message log as requested...

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Historical Data Service Settings . Enable the option Use Primary Service Server.
