Yesterday was my 1° day trial.
The SPX500 was working live data.
I saw there's no live data for the mini SP futures but I got old datas until yesterday by Sierra Chart Historical Data Service.

Today, my second day I opened the same Chartbook and I don't have live data in the SPX500 anymore. What is happening?

The problem use you have the wrong Service selected. You need to use this service to get Real-time and Historical data for that symbol:

Sorry, I am not understanding very well.
It says that I have to pay U$ 20 or 35 for a month, but I am doing a free trial...so I can't have real time for free in this trial?

OK, I did this now, but it goes like :

"Waiting to reconnect..." and the Message Log stay trying to connect each second...

We see what the problem is. You selected "FXCM FIX Trading" when you need to set the Service to "SC Forex Data (FXCM)".

Thank you, yes I need more help.

I think (I didn't see)this Service came first in my trial. From this service I will use the SP 500 Index (SPX500, I think). But I want to see the mini SP also. It seems it doesn't have in this service. And in my question before (Futures) your response make me try your Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service.

After all, which service I have to use to have both?
SP 500 Index AND - Intraday
mini SP (ESM14)- Intraday - It doesn't matter if is not real time.

What you need to do is install another copy of Sierra Chart.

One copy will be set to the "SC Historical Data" service. And the other copy will be set to use the "SC Forex Data (FXCM)" service.
