Hello, if I switch to live trading and place a trade, it will automatically switch to demotrade. i cannot trade live.

Your setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, you are not connected to your trading account. If you tell us what order routing service you are using with your brokerage, then we can point you to the proper setup instructions for that service. ------------------ Separately, we see that you are on Package 11, but you do not have any active exchanges. You would want to either activate an exchange, or change to Package 5. Ich benutzen Broker AMP und das Orderrouting ist CQG. Gruß I use broker AMP and the order routing is CQG.

Habe alles wie beschrieben gemacht. Diese Fehlermeldung im Anhang wird angezeigt. "Symbol is unknow. Click for symbol information Real-time data for instrument F.US.MES (corresponding to ID=1) are not allowed." "Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.MESU21. Instrument F.US.MES (corresponding to ID1) is not allowed. Result=103. Num Quotes=0"

"Download fehlgeschlagen Fehler beim Herunterladen historischer Intraday-Daten für F.US.MESU21. Instrument F.US.MES (entspricht ID1) ist nicht zulässig. Ergebnis=103. Num Quotes=0" AMP sagt es liegt an Sierra Chart, aber CQG orderrounting geht nicht. Ich kann immer noch nicht live trading.

The problem at this point is that you do not have any exchanges activate on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The exchanges you had did not renew on July 1, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account at that time to have them automatically renew. To reactivate the same exchange(s) you had previously, select the following link and login to the Sierra Chart website if necessary, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchange(s) you want to reactivate. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
